This problem used to happen regularly but should be rare now.

What happened is that your transaction was seen by Paypal but not by our reseller itch.io because of a known API bug. To fix it, CONTACT US at [email protected] and give your Paypal Transaction ID, along with the plugin you purchased.

You will be sent manual licences, usually within 24 hours.
